EOS is definitely a promising technology, but it is still under development and is therefore, theoretical. EOS is planning to build a decentralized blockchain that will enable fast and free transactions (a dream come true, right?). With this setup, blockchain can be adopted faster and be much more scalable than Ethereum. As a concept, it is revolutionary, but as I mention, at this point, it is still theoretical.
